daddy's visit to PEI

There has been a lot of changes since daddy has seen his daughter last, 4 months ago. It's almost baby Mackenzie's first birthday so daddy came to the Island for her special day. 

One of those changes has been walking, although she gets a little lazy at times, lol. 

We call Mackenzie our little investigator as she needs to check everything inside and out! Here she is checking the sand over on her hands...

Of course, mommy was there too, never very far away. Bitter sweet seeing her baby go for her first sleepover with her daddy. But he's a good daddy, loves his girl to pieces.

My new adventure begins...

A little about me and my passion for capturing the beauty that has been given to us for free! Until I held a camera up to my eye, I never realized the splendour that surrounded me. My neighbour then introduced me to the fascinating world of birding and I have been hooked ever since.  The peace and joy that my camera bring me are something that I could never buy. It truly has been a gift given to me at a time in my life when I needed it. Several people have suggested that I pursue it and I have finally decided that it is time. I am not sure where this adventure will take me but as some adventures go, the journey can be better than the destination! All possibilities are on the table. Here is a sample of my photos.
